You may not use Blueberry services to violate law, infringe the rights of others, compromise systems, or materially interfere with the service.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Malware, destructive code, credential theft, or fraud.
- Harassment, threats, or unlawful abuse.
- Infringement of intellectual-property rights.
- Attempts to disrupt or overload Blueberry infrastructure.
- Use intended to bypass service security or access controls.
- Illegal sale, distribution, or facilitation of regulated goods or services.
AI services
Users are responsible for how AI-generated output is used. Blueberry AI must not be used in ways that violate law, these terms, or the rights and safety of others.
Enforcement
Blueberry may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
